Nubie Questions

Hi New to Campers and just bough a Auto Trail Apache 700sc. I didn’t get too much info from the seller so I have a few question.

I have got most of the info from the internet. So I understand most of the appliances.
So When I look at the ultrastore boiler there is the drain valve and then 2 other valves. one with a hot water tap and one with a boiler with a pipe from it? both in down position

and below the cooker there are 3 valves one has an oven (ok) one has bbq (ok) and one has a snowflake?. The Oven and snowflake are on. Can you explain the snowflake
